Cannot highlight using Apple Pencil

Heard great things about this book and decided to spend $40 bucks to get it in digital format. Would’ve preferred kindle edition if it existed.
The problem is on iPad Pro 10.5 with iOS 11. Can highlight text using fingers no problem. Cannot use Apple Pencil for highlighting at all.
This is really annoying! Please fix this ASAP!
Great update, great format - core fitness book
First - this is an essential resource on body maintenance and a great update - clearer and better organized than the last edition.
The format - at first, I struggled with this edition - different than most iBooks which allow highlighting, etc. but this forced me to see this as a reference and resource and lends to a beautiful layout on larger screens - not quite as practical on iPhones.
Solid 5 stars with the new (proper) format
The update is reformatted - now it’s a great book with great formatting. Worth every penny and then some if you want to be able to move your body efficiently and painlessly.
This is a great book which I have been eagerly waiting for - but it seems to be in a pdf format - whatever the format it’s not native to ibooks and, as formatted, is difficult to read. For as much as this book costs it should at least have been formatted correctly.
Great Book Horrible Format!!
I have both the ibook and the hardcover edition of the first edition. Both are great and highly recommended. Unfortunately this 2nd edition ebook is unreadable, seems to be in some kind of PDF format, requiring contsant zooming in and out, which in my opinion is still unusuable. Too bad! I want to purchase this ebook, but in it’s current format it is not usuable. Hopefully they will correct this problem.
Great Book, Bad Formatting
I am a big KStar fan, bought the hardcover and this version for travel. I am disappointed that I can't underline or highlight areas in the book, seems to be a strange format I have not experienced in the iTunes Store. Perhaps the format can be updated? I would highly recommend this book but not this format. Content is 5 stars, format is 2 stars.
Great book - inpractical and disappointing format
This book is full of phenomenal and practical content. However, the format is the worst I’ve used in Apple iBooks. I’m not sure if this is an issue with Kelly Starrett’s contract with Apple or Cordoza or Victory Belt, but I can’t highlight anything, and it’s formated like a PDF - have to go page by page, zooming in, laid out just like the printed book… no option to scroll through pages veritally or have it reformat to fit my iOS screen. I’m very disappointed for how expensive this book is and how good the content is. It’s too bad that I need to rely on the printed version instead of getting to use my iPhone (which I rely on for all my other books - including the previous edition). I cannot believe I can’t highlight.
Good as always, format needs updating

This book is awesome, filled with awesome information and great knowledge. Definitely is better than the first book with more mobility techniques and pain prescriptions. The only problem I'm having with this book is the formatting. It's formatted like a PDF and not an e-pub like the first edition was. I like reading while I'm not at home and having to constantly zoom in on the book while switching pages becomes very tiresome and inefficient. I'm hoping they can release a version that is formatted for the iPhone and iPad, as I am always on them. All in all great book, just bad formatting.
