A great cookbook for anyone!
Angela Liddon's recipes are not only nutritious - they are also seriously incredible. I make recipes out of this cookbook regularly and I've never come across one that I didn't enjoy. Some of my favorites are the enchiladas, the chili, the potato salad and the chia donuts.
