Easy to follow recipes. Most are quite good. You won't regret the purchase.
A Cookbook Done Right.
Without bragging, I can cook well. Granted, it’s buttered, sugared and floured. What isn’t good with all of that? Until now I struggled to actually make anything healthy that also didn’t taste bland. This book made cooking healthier dishes so simple. Also, he gave macro counts for every recipe. What isn’t to love? Even if you only like 25% of the 120 recipes, that’s still a heck of a good amount of dishes to add to your repitoire for such a cheap (in dollar amount not quality) book.
Delicious and nutritious
I've always been a gym rat but eating healthy had always been hard for me. I enjoy food and just hated all the healthy bland foods. I've tried a lot of the recipes in this book and I haven't had one yet that I don't like. This book is more than just a cookbook. It's got tons of great information about how to eat to achieve your goals.

Awesome book I am totally blind Had brain cancer when I was six months old and has led to issues of me being able to track and take care of my diet properly I am planning on converting as many recipes from this book as I can to crockpot recipe so all I have to do is prep And then let them cook, It definitely made me hungry reading it LOL
Just what needed
I just hit a breaking point with my diet. I am not a cook at all and my creativity in the kitchen is at zero. I've grown bored with my diet and this book looks amazing. Gonna start shopping Tomorrow and getting some much needed variety!
I loved this book. Very simple, delicious recipes that were very well organized and easy to follow. Similarly, the book is organized well and works great on the ipad.
My only regret is that there weren't more poultry recipes, as it's pretty much the cornerstone of every fitness diet. Oh well, still a great book.
